How does pay as you go billing work?
You top up a prepaid wallet and calls are billed per minute against it, rounded up to the next whole minute. Turn on auto-recharge so a campaign never pauses when the balance runs low. There are no seat licenses or long-term contracts.
Do numbers and taxes cost extra?
Yes. Number rental is billed separately from calling minutes because rates vary by country and number type, and local taxes apply on top. Everything is itemised on your invoice and in the wallet ledger.
Is there a free trial?
You can create a workspace, build an agent, and run test calls for free. Live outbound calling starts once you complete KYB, link a number, and add wallet balance.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Pay as you go has nothing to cancel, just stop topping up. Enterprise terms are set in your agreement.
What happens if my wallet hits zero mid-campaign?
Active calls finish, and new calls pause until you top up. With auto-recharge enabled, the wallet refills automatically at the threshold you set so campaigns keep running without manual intervention.
